Many toxic impurities can affect our bodies a lot. It is the main reason waterborne diseases are very common nowadays. We are depleting soil not only from minerals but also from its fertility. Lahore is the hub now for waterborne disease. Today, I'm going to share what happened to me recently.

Goiter is referred to as an abnormality in Thyroid Gland. This gland is situated in our neck. For its hormone production, it needs iodine. When it becomes iodine deficient, or TSH affects its activity badly, it starts increasing in size. Its swelling resulted in many health complications.

Recently, I've been unable to engulf and swallow anything from hard food to soft food and from cold water to hot water. Moreover, sometimes I feel irritation in my neck, it is not only painful but also harsh to bear for me. Thank God, the problem is not severe but I have referred to my physician for the issue.

A doctor has diagnosed the goiter by blood test. My blood is deficient in Iodine. It is mostly because my ration and water are also iodine deficient. We are not using iodine mixed salt at home. These are the same reasons that resulted in iodine deficiencies.

In Short, he has recommended some syrups plus tablets that are rich in iodine. Thank God, I didn't have hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism; otherwise, things become complicated for me.

To save ourselves from many soil-borne diseases, we need to conduct Soil Analysis Test. It will direct us towards many things. Minerals are needed in small amounts, but their deficiencies can result in deadly results. One death was reported in my neighborhood due to a cancerous goiter, and the patient died in one week. Before things become complicated, we need to understand the importance of minerals. We should take a balanced diet that has everything much needed for our diet. Blood Chemistry is an indicator before any complications, so we get in contact with our diet consultant if anything seriously happens to us. After taking medicines regularly, I'm feeling secure.
