Just in case you're thinking that these works are digital, I'd like to remind you that they are entirely hand-painted with acrylic on wood panel and canvas.
To be honest, these works by @gric , which I feel so honoured to have come across on hiveblog, are really thoughtfully made.
I am amazed at the amount of time he has taken to create something magical and surreal.
I love the rendering of the figures using roots and wood patterns, which I know carry a strong message.
I was fascinated by his skill and patience and also curious about the stories behind each piece.
