How I Did Electrical Conduit Piping for my Cousin

Today I want to discuss one of my skills by providing its tutorial. The tutorial is going to focus on electrical conduit piping. Conduit piping is the first stage of any conduit wiring. I know some people may be surprised that I'm into electrical. Electrification is the second handwork I was able to learn before going to a higher institution. For some time now, I have not been to the field because of other activities. But my cousin's building made me go again on conduit wiring.

I wish to provide details about how one can comfortably pipe his/her building without spending much money. In conduit piping, the only material that matters a lot is pipe. you should be aware that there are different types of conduit pipes and how they determine the price. If I'm to pipe any building, I use to go for the best pipe so that in the process of decking the building, workers pouring concrete, will not break the pipe. If I don't use good pipe for my electrical conduit piping, it'll break and when it breaks and is covered with concrete, it'll give me double work because fishing tape that will be used to draw wire through the pipe to their different functions will not be able to pass through it and it's capable of spoiling my business image.

Anytime I'm doing conduit electrical conduit piping, I also used to make all the pipes where the wire will pass through well gummed to avoid pooling out during the process of pouring concrete into the building. I make sure that I use strong pipe gum to join them together.

Let me say I'm bending my pipe using a bending spring, I also make sure that I don't allow the pipe to have a crack so that fishing tape can pass through the pipes during wiring and fitting.

Most times, to safeguard the pipes I lay down on a decking, I used to be present to monitor the workers who pour concrete on the decking so that they'll not break the pipe. These are some of the things I consider very important anytime I'm doing electrical conduit piping.

Materials I used for the electrical conduit piping are listed below:

25mm and 20mm conduit pipe.

Conduit gum.

25mm and 20mm bending spring.

25mm and 20mm coupling.

Blade.

4ways.

Empty carton.

Procedures for the electrical conduit piping will be provided below:

I cracked the walls where the pipe would from the decking and enter the parlor, rooms, kitchen, bathroom, security light, and others.

I used a stone to lift the rod for the decking. Lifting it will help the pipe to pass under it and also protect the pipe from being damaged when matched upon.

I soaked the empty carton in water. After soaking it, I'll use the soaked empty carton to cover the 4ways from inside. The soaked empty carton will help to block the 4ways so that cement will not block the entrance and if the entrance is blocked, fishing tape will not pass through thereby making the wire not to pass the pipes.

Now, I'll place the 4ways according to how my electrical wiring will be but the two 4ways at the center and of the parlor and rooms. One will serve as a fan while the other one will serve as the center light. The other 4ways rounding the center and fan will serve as fancy light.

The 25mm pipe is for the Air conditioner, television, Kitchen unit, and other strong functioning sockets.

It's time to start piping which I'll start from where the socket will pass through. Now, the pipe for I pipe from a socket down the parlor to the decking and then link it to an air conditioner socket. From the air conditioner socket, I then link it to the television socket, and from the television socket, I then link it directly to the control switch. Remember I'm using 25mm coupling and gum to join the 25mm pipe for the sockets.

in one of the rooms, I inserted a pipe from the television socket to the air conditioner socket, and from there to another socket in the room and from the room directly to the control switch.

Now, I connect the pipe from the kitchen unit to the decking and the control switch.

Now, I have to connect a 20mm pipe to one of the side 4ways in the parlor to the other rounded ones. I have to link the fan 4 ways to the center light 4ways and from there, I have to link it to the control switch. From the same center 4ways, I have to link the pipe to the wall bracket that will be controlling the whole parlor light. Now, I have to link from the fan 4ways to one of the rounding 4ways. it's necessary to link the whole 4ways in the parlor together.

The procedures for the parlor 4ways piping connection are the same ways for all the rooms, kitchen, bathroom, and security light. Reach of them must be linked according to their rooms and functions.

Now, I have to pipe the generator switch from outside to up and close to the control switch and the place will serve as the changeover. I pipe where pole electric will enter the building to the change-over spot.

Now, I link from the control switch to where the changeover will be.

I now link a pipe that wires for satellite will enter from outside to the television socket.
