One of the most popular American rock bands in the industry for several years, Evanescent has been recognized by millions of people around the world through their style, songs and videos.

Amy Lee is a singer, pianist and songwriter known for her voice. Thanks to the guitar talent of Ben Moody, the band conquered the music world with their unique themes and sounds, which undoubtedly endeared them to hundreds of fans of the genre.

**However, one of the 2003 projects that made the band stand out from the rest was "Bring Me to Life," one of the most popular songs of their entire career and a milestone for the 2000s generation.

In addition to the deep and very meaningful lyrics, what caught the attention of Evanescent's followers was the music video that accompanied the song, and which was remembered by many for its title. The video shows the singer having a nightmare and falling from a high place without knowing why.

When a neighborhood gang wakes him up, he begins pacing the windowsill. Passing through the wall, he discovers apartments on several floors of the building. Thus he meets the second singer and the two look at each other through a closed window. When the subject opens the window he gets scared, loses his balance and tries not to fall from a height. The lack of positive results causes the young woman to fall, as she saw in the dream.

The video was filmed in Romania on a set specially built for the plot. Here the characters were red facades of buildings, some levels and special effects that simulated strong night winds.

This work included a harness and a screen depicting the moment Amy Lee lost her balance and fell from a height. At the end of the video, a specialist responded by jumping on her back.

'That was true. I climbed that thing (the construction pole in the video). And I fell. But here you have a photo of a girl who looked too big and had an unattractive butt. She's not my ass. In the Bring Me To Life interview, the singer joked: "My dick is so much better than the girl's."
