The Modernization of Market Buying Through the Demand of Technology
Hello, Market Friday supporters! I hope you're all having a good time at the Friday markets. We are all aware that poverty is becoming more prevalent, that our budgets are becoming increasingly tight, and that we are working very hard to multiply our income in order to meet our household needs such as food, clothing, and other necessities.
Today I wanted to share with you all my Market Friday experience, but this time I am the seller. As we all know, online selling or online marketing is very popular, especially among those who are too busy to go to the mall or market. I have been a seller since 2010, but this time I have my own mini physical store where my customers can come and shop for whatever items they want.
Typically, I take pictures of my merchandise or items and post them to social media to market them. I also do live selling. I get more customers from online selling and live selling. Typically, customers comment on my posts to buy the items or comment on my live selling.
I do have some customers who come to my store because they want to see the items in person before purchasing them. I chose to do online marketing because it is very common now and there are many online sellers who generate good money by doing online marketing, also known as Ecommerce.
In this way, I have an additional income to support my needs, and this has been one of my passion since I was a kid, when I used to sell in the market or at school to help support my studies. My children are also assisting me in this type of marketing, as I have trained them very well so that in time, they will know how to do a living because they already have this kind of experience selling.
I have all kinds of merchandise from Clothing, cosmetics, jewelries, accessories, cellphone case, household needs, school supplies, shoes , motor parts or car parts and many more. My prices are more cheaper than the typical market or mall prices' do also have some resellers who are very avid of buying my products because they resell it also to their customer.
I am not only having an income but helping some sellers also that has no capital to invest all that they need to do is to copy my pictures and repost add some profit from my prices and we will be the one to deliver and I am just sending their profits through electronic money wallet called Gcash.
Also, I accept Hive or HBD payments because I have a lot of Hiver friends who want to buy my items. They only transact with me online to buy and ship their orders to their addresses via a shipping courier.
I also have a rider to deliver the goods or deliver by maxim, a motorcycle delivery company in my city and throughout the Philippines. The transaction by deliver is also very smooth because we only communicate online or by phone.
What I am demonstrating to you is that this type of marketing is very electronic. Most people are now transacting online globally, and we cannot stop the modernization of marketing. It appears that everything now is in online, especially during pandemic times.
The technology is getting in demand so the and the people are getting practical in buying because its can save more time and they are also busy from working so this kind of marketing is an advantage in this kind of internet industry.
This is what I wanted to share today: the power of technology and the internet used by consumers, which is now being adapted by too many people around the world. I am sure you reading this post may also do some online shopping.
