Shells of some Tellina Animals

I often appreciate the beauty of various things, and truly enjoy experiencing that beauty. The Creator has endowed the natural environment with exquisite beauty—specifically for humans to enjoy. Today, I am sharing a beautiful object from the natural world that I found captivating: the shell (or hard outer casing) of a marine creature known as Tellina. I was struck by the beauty of this shell and decided to capture a few photos with my mobile phone, which are presented above.

The creature associated with the shells shared here is commonly known as a jhinuk (mussel or clam), and such creatures inhabit the sea. A few days ago, I spotted these shells inside the bag of a student at the school where I work; I found them incredibly attractive and beautiful. I took them out, placed them on a table, and snapped a few photos using my mobile phone. Upon close inspection, I observed that they were very hard and appeared stark white. I saw shells of various shapes, all of which looked truly lovely and fascinating to me. Since I enjoyed them so much, I am sharing the photos I took with my friends in the Hive community.
