Interesting, so there are breeds that can be used for both milk and meat! BUt hopefully the quality of the meat/milk is still good compared to other breeds?
Dual-purpose livestock farming is an alternative in rural areas, at least in my country Venezuela has been exploited a lot in some regions, it is of good quality in terms of product quality, possibly the yield decreases a little compared to specialized cattle for meat and milk.
