En esta oportunidad quiero escribir sobre algunas verdades que hay que tener presente con la mujeres embarazadas a la hora de dar a luz. Existen dos procedimientos para ayudar a la mamá y su bebe a finalizar un gran recorrido de muchos meses y lo son la Cesárea y el Parto, cada una muy distinta tanto en ejecución como complicaciones.
El parto vaginal también es conocido como "parto normal" este tipo de parto consiste en dar a luz con pleno control de tu cuerpo a través de la vagina. Para ello, es necesario que el canal vaginal se dilate, dando lugar al característico dolor del parto. Las contracciones uterinas que ayudan a expulsar al feto también son responsables de este dolor. La cesárea es un procedimiento quirúrgico que se realiza en quirófano que se necesita anestesia para no sentir dolor y mediante el cual se extrae al feto y los anexos ovulares a través de una incisión en el útero, donde hay reglas y protocolos como todas las cirugías. Fuente
Y es que socialmente podemos escuchar "la pusierón a parir" no quisieron operarla haciendo que le duela, o simplemente la paciente dice que quiere una cesárea porque no quiere ver ni sentir dolor, quizas a nivel privado funciones esta idea, pero a nivel público y sobre todo ético esta mal, porque se va en contra de lo natural.

En la cesárea pueden haber complicaciones, se duplican en riesgo tanta para el bebe como la madre, en cambio en el parto vaginal son menores las complicaciones.
Cuando se programa una cesárea ya debe haber una alarma porque algo no esta bien con la madre o con el bebe.
En el momento del acto quirúrgico se necesita por lo menos 6 especialistas para poder aenderte:
- 2 Cirujanos Gineco-obstetra.
- 1 Anestesiologo
- 1 Pediatara
- 2 Enfermeras quirúrgicas.
La recuperación es mucho más lenta porque cortan tejidos profundos desde la piel hasta el útero, puede haber dolor durantes dias, semanas, incluso meses.

Entonces siempre es ideal tener un buen plan de control y confianza con su ginecólogo y saber que la cesárea no siempre es una buena opción.
