Kidney Health For All - World Kidney Day

Friends, welcome all of you to my today's post. Friends, our healthy health is the most precious gift we have received from God. Every person wants that he should not have any pain and his life should be long and he should not be troubled by any disease throughout his life. So every person wants to live a healthy and disease free life, but today's lifestyle has become such that a person goes through a lot of pain and suffering even without wanting to.

Every organ in our body is precious and so precious that no one wants to lose it. To tell the truth, no one can sell it even at a price worth crores of rupees. Just as heart, lung, liver and brain are important organs in the body, similarly kidney is also an important organ in the body which plays a very important role in human life. Kidneys filter the blood and remove a lot of unnecessary organic waste. To be honest, the nutrition of this kidney is water. If we do not take proper care of it or do not drink enough water, it would get damaged or fail. Once any organ gets damaged, it can never recover. Therefore, we should give maximum care to every organ.

• Remove many types of waste products from the body.
• controlling the production of RBC.
• Remove drugs from our body.

• To eat a healthy diet
• To avoid junk food
  -Stop Smoking if you doing
• Hyper or hypotention is leading cause of kidney damage that's why we should focus on our blood pressure.
• Hyperglycemia is one of the leading cause of kidney damage.
• Reduce salt level in your diet.
• Avoid ethanol or alcohol contained beverages.
• For adult person should take 3-5 liter water(if you not suffering from CKD)

Today was the second Wednesday of the month of March and we celebrate every Wednesday of the month of March as World Kidney Day so that awareness about kidney disease comes among the people and people know about the health of their kidneys and save their kidney from getting worse. Today in our hospital we celebrated by cutting a cake and we motivated the people who were on dialysis by giving them roses for a healthy life. This is how we celebrated World Kidney Day today.
