Hòn Chồng, Nha Trang, Vietnam

An incredibly photogenic place. Massive boulders are stacked one atop another as if carefully arranged by human hands. Wind and waves have polished them so thoroughly they now take on almost sculptural forms. It is precisely this “unnatural naturalness” that has made Hòn Chồng one of Nha Trang’s most recognizable natural landmarks.

That morning, I was lucky: sunny, windless, and nearly tourist-free. I shot the place calmly and without rush — and the pictures turned out like holiday postcards.

Of course, legends surround places like this. According to one, a storm swept away a fisherman, and his grief-stricken wife stood so long on the shore that she turned to stone. It’s a sad tale but I couldn’t find a cheerier one.

Thank you for reading! I truly appreciate your attention.
