The charm of the beautiful Schizophyllum commune mushroom
Hello all photography lover friends, I hope we are all always in good health and all work matters are smooth. In this post I want to share an interesting type of mushroom, why? because besides being beautiful this mushroom is also useful because it can be consumed.
Many beautiful mushrooms are widespread in various parts of the world, but there are only a few types of mushrooms that are edible. And one of them is the Schizophyllum commune mushroom, this mushroom is still in the order Agaricales from the Schizophyllaceae family.
In Indonesia this mushroom has many names in various regions, such as in Aceh, Indonesia this mushroom is known as "kulat geulungku". The name refers to a traditional coconut shaving tool because at first glance the shape of the Schizophyllum commune mushroom looks like the shape of a traditional coconut shaving tool.
However, this mushroom is rich in appearance, especially its shape at various ages. At a young age, this mushroom doesn't really look like anything but just looks like it's just filled with fine hairs. And as the fungus grows, it starts to look like various shapes, some even look like coconut shavings, some look like coral and sometimes look like flowers at a glance.
And this mushroom I deliberately photographed in various locations and in various forms, so that in this post you can see several variations of different Schizophyllum commune photos of different ages. So that we can conclude that the Schizophyllum commune mushroom does have its own charm because of its attractive shape, starting from the beginning when it grows until it blooms perfectly.
And for the color of this mushroom itself, which is white at a young age, that's when this mushroom is suitable for consumption. The color starts to change when the mushroom is in full bloom, and it will turn brown. Below I have included some photos of the Schizophyllum commune mushroom I mean, please enjoy!
