Monomad - Wild vegetable plants (ferns)

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge

Many ferns can be found growing in forests, especially in tropical areas such as Indonesia. These wild plants can be found on the edges of swamps, rivers & locations that are damp or slightly muddy. For the people of Southeast Asia & Indonesia, especially this wild plant, this is certainly no stranger because they often use this fern as a favorite vegetable such as spinach & kale. Apart from its delicious taste, ferns also contain many benefits or contain many nutrients that are good for health.

And earlier at around 10.15 WIB I was the forest looking for some interesting macro photo objects. Coincidentally, I saw several ferns growing well there, so I finally became interested in photographing them and then sharing them on today's #monomad challenge.
