Monomad - Jump Spider (Hyllus semicupreus)

This is my entry for the daily #monomad challenge

Around 10.50 WIB this morning I again took the time to hunt for macro objects in the bushes. And my hunt today is quite satisfying. At least I managed to capture some macro objects there, one of which I will share on today's #monomad challenge.

Is a Hyllus semicupreus spider that I managed to photograph while he was in the grass. Jump spider species are usually not too easy to photograph, but Hyllus semicupreus is a brave spider. If usually the spider will choose to run away when the lens approaches it, but this spider actually jumps towards the lens several times.

This makes it a little easy for me to aim at it, even though this spider is brave but he is also quite aggressive. He didn't just give up but kept moving and occasionally jumped in other directions, although after that I managed to capture some of his photos, as I have uploaded below.
