Macro Photography - Stinky Insects (Coreidae)

Hello photography lover friends. Yesterday around 10.15 in the morning I was in the forest looking for some macro photo objects. And I managed to capture some photos of insects on the occasion yesterday, one of the insect species that I found I want to share in this post.

And these insects are sap-sucking insect species from the Coreidae family. In various regions, these insects certainly have their respective names. As in the area where I live, these insects are commonly known as part of the "geusong". Geusong is the name for the species of stinky insects like the insects that I share in this post.

Stinky insects themselves have several types with several different shapes and sizes. However, they have one thing in common, which is that they often emit an unpleasant odor or a foul-smelling liquid when they feel threatened.

While the smelly insects that I share include those that have a large size compared to other types. The shape is quite interesting, even somewhat frightening for the class of insects.

However, they are harmless to humans, because they do not bite. It's just that when you want to hold it I suggest wearing a mask if you can't stand the smell of the liquid they secrete. Also to immediately wash the parts affected by their liquid because the liquid besides smelling is also hot, so it makes our skin feel a little sore or like a burning sensation.
