FungiFriday - Panus conchatus & Psathyrella mushrooms
This is my contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw. On today's edition of Fungifriday, 29 September 2023, I again want to share some beautiful & interesting mushrooms that I photographed some time ago when I was in the durian plantation area.
The first fungus is part of the Panus conchatus fungus. At first glance, this mushroom looks similar to a trumpet or exhaust, but when I took the photo, this mushroom was still at an early stage of growth or had not yet fully bloomed.
Then the second fungus is a fungus that grows on the rotting skin of durian fruit. As I said above, the two mushrooms that I shared in this post were mushrooms that I found when I was in the durian plantation area some time ago. And several photos of mushrooms in the genus Psathyrella are proof of this because they grow directly on the skin of rotting durian fruit. Here are some photos:
