FungiFriday - Fluted Bird's Nest (Cyathus Striatus)

Hello Everyone. Hopefully we are always healthy so that we can continue to participate in decorating this community with the discovery of beautiful, unique and interesting mushrooms in each edition. And in this 39 edition, I'm back by sharing one of the mushroom finds that I photographed a few days ago.

I purposely collected some photos of this mushroom from several different locations that I got so that I collected several photos with the full version, namely when this mushroom was still in its early growth until it bloomed. And I was able to calculate the process could take a few days . This indicates that this mushroom is one of the mushrooms that also has a long life compared to some other mushrooms which only last for 2-3 days.

As for mushroom what I mean is "Fluted Bird's Nest". As the name implies, this mushroom, which is also Latin named Cyathus striatus, is at first glance similar to a bird nest. Especially when it blooms there are seeds that are like eggs on the inside of the circle.

In terms of texture, when still young this mushroom has feathers, slowly begins to fall out when it blooms or looks like a bird nest. As for the color of this mushroom, it has a brown color or like the color of old leaves. And below I have included some bird's nest mushrooms that I mean.
