Sweat Bees Watching a Clown

These photos were taken just before dusk. I found these tiny bees hanging out, perched casually on weed twigs. It seemed like they were watching something; is that football? Or horse racing? No, there are no football matches or horse races nearby. It could be that what they are watching is me, a stranger who came from nowhere.

I saw them whispering to each other. Maybe they were wondering what this strange man was doing. But some of them are indifferent. I could see that from the way they turned their backs on me. "Just a clown who needs attention." Maybe that's what they thought about me. LOL!

I left them after my business was done. Those sweat bees are still there. Nobody said goodbye. Oh my! How arrogant they are!

All these photos are my original work, taken with a Xiaomi POCO NFC smartphone and an assembled external macro lens.

Excellent photography captures on the bees, never seen bees do anything like this curious to know if this is something you have witnessed previously?

Thanks @joanstewart. This isn't the first time. There is a lot of grassy land on the outskirts of my town. These kinds of bees hang out there every afternoon.
