Monomad: Trooping Crumble Cap
When hunting for mushrooms in the woods, I am often surprised to find large colonies of trooping crumble caps (Coprinellus disseminatus). This fungus commonly appears clustered in dense masses. They grow between the cracks of large rotten wood. There are so many, it's like you've found a basket full of lizard eggs, so people in our area call it the "lizard egg." Some time ago I found these mushrooms but only a few of the ones I had seen before. Maybe something simple, but still interesting to capture.
I submitted these images for the daily #monomad challenge.

Really good macro shots!
Ufff I like that contrast between the lighter tones of the mushroom with the black background.
