Monomad: Tara

She's Tara! Tara is a female Hyllus diardi jumper. I found Tara in my yard. Yup, in the bushes that grow on the side of the fence wall, that's where Tara lives. Most jumper spiders are aggressive animals, but Tara looks calmer—yeah, that's the typical behavior of the Hyllus diardi species. Tara has thick hair that covers her face, pedipalps, and legs. In my opinion, the characteristics of female H. diardi are a bit strange when compared to males. I've seen male H. diardi, but they have far fewer hairs than females. However, both females and males are equally skilled at hunting prey. I believe Tara is also a perfect hunter. I hope one day I'll have the chance to see her hunting.
