Monomad: Struggle for the Nectar
These photos are very meaningful to me. This is about the struggle of a bee. At that time, the heavy rain had just stopped. But it didn't completely subside because the drizzle was still falling from the sky.
To fulfill her daily needs, she has to fight hard through the drizzle just to find nectar. There were many Uraria flowers around, and she came to one of them.
Uraria is a kind of hairy flower like a cat's tail. Apart from being hairy, this flower also has many panicles, and that is where the sweet nectar is hidden—the thing that pollinators love most.
The raindrops still clung to Uraria's flower feathers like pine trees covered in snowfall, but she didn't care about that.
"Hunger, I fear more than the storm," I caught her meaning. Alone, she begins to harvest nectar.
The bee taught me a philosophy: "Something you need doesn't just come; you have to go get it, even if you have to brave the storm!"
What a beautiful creature! excellent job capturing a moment that seems so unimportant and yet is key to our lives, thanks for sharing!
