Monomad: Nomad Crustacean

Hermit crabs are nomadic crustaceans and tend to move from one shell to another. There are many uninhabited shells scattered along the coast or estuaries of saltwater rivers, this allows a hermit crab to choose any shell they want. In Indonesia and Malay countries, the hermit crab is commonly known as kelomang. They live nomadically like the Gypsies, the Vietnamese boat people, or the Bajo tribe in Indonesia. I love these people's lifestyle. That's a fantastic thing!

Here I share macro photos of some hermit crabs with their different and unique homes. Let's see!
