Monomad: Mealy Bonnets
Here's another entry I submitted for the daily #monomad challenge.
Two days ago, I took a walk in the forest near the Blang Kulam waterfall. Actually, it's an unplanned trip. People were complaining because of the extreme heat everywhere. Many people are frustrated due to the heat wave that hit our country, forcing us to look for relatively cooler places where, even though we are sweating, the mountain breeze can make us more comfortable.
While I was there, it never crossed my mind that I would find mushrooms. Without rain, you will not find mushrooms, and that is an unwritten law of nature.
But I was lucky enough to find these mealy bonnets (Mycena cinerella) growing under the giant taro plants near the river. The giant taro leaves, as big as elephant ears, have become a canopy that allows the soil to stay moist after being fed by mountain springs.
This at least cures my homesickness after not seeing any mushrooms for a few weeks.
very beautiful mushrooms the image is very similar to the satellite.
