Monomad: Juvenile Luminous Porecap

There are some macro shots I'd like to share for today's #monomad challenge.

Those are juvenile luminous porecaps (Mycena manipularis) with unopened caps. The fruit bodies are white like domed towers; some grow upright, while others grow crookedly as if they are about to fall. The juvenile mushroom matures in just one night, revealing miraculous pores that emit natural light. Yeah, nature always surprises us with things that are sometimes beyond reason!

All these photos are my original work, taken with a Xiaomi POCO NFC smartphone and an assembled external macro lens.
