Monomad: Habituation
Lately, I've gotten into the habit of doing breathing exercises. Some people do breathing exercises with gymnastics, yoga, or others, but I do it my way.
This may sound a little strange; I do breathing exercises with macro photography, capturing small things that make one eye have to squint.
Is it effective? Yes, I think it works effectively. The technique for taking macro photos relies heavily on breathing. Yes, you have to hold your breath as long as possible when aiming at the object.
Maybe if it's an object that doesn't move much or is an inanimate object, you don't have to control your breathing optimally. But that's not the case with objects that move a lot, like this little guy. He is agile and very troublesome. You should hold your breath as much as possible when aiming at the object.
I felt better after finishing the photo shoots. Maybe you think this is something that doesn't make sense, but you can try and prove it yourself.
Such a cute eyes :D
Tell me about it...
A good tripod would do the job, but why if we can just hold our breath :p

Thanks @ewkaw. A tripod doesn't always solve your problem. For capturing landscapes and inanimate objects, it works well. But to catch a nimble guy like this, a tripod would be a hassle. Just rely on breathing techniques. It's good for your lungs 😁
That is true too.
It happens that when I try to shoot some macro of my plants I hold my breath too. I guess then the tripod would work just perfectly.
Hahah :D
