Monomad: Bug Gang

The rice harvest season has ended. The farmers have lifted the giant nets that used to cover the rice fields. The nets were not used to catch fish, but to protect the rice from sneaky little thieves like sparrows. I walked past the rice field embankments yesterday afternoon. There were no more rice plants or giant nets; all I could see was a stretch of rice field with the remains of cut rice stalks. Caesarweeds grew along the sides of the barriers. I noticed a bug gang perched quietly there. They are the pests most hated by farmers. But to me, they are adorable little creatures. Sometimes the bugs can be annoying when they emit a foul odor.
