Long-banded Silverline (Cigaritis lohita)
The dry season will soon be over. According to the changing season calendar in Indonesia, the new rainy season will begin in September. That means that summer is still running for at least a month ahead.
If the days in June are hot enough, this is not the case in early July. That's because, in the past week, it's been raining more often. Could it just be a coincidence? Who knows! To be sure, the rain has brought goodness to living things. The bushes were covered with colorful blooms of weeds.
The blooming flowers have attracted pollinators. They come, vying to sip the sweet nectar. Yes, this is the season for pollinators to feast.

I caught one of them. This pollinator is the long-banded silverline, with the scientific name Cigaritis lohita , a species of butterfly belonging to the family Lycaenidae.
The tail has four pretty tufts; the undersides of the wings are pale yellow with maroon and silver lines; the uppersides are dark gray tinged with violet-blue; and the abdomen is yellow with dark red bands.
