Hey nature observers! Here I will share some macro photos that I observed in our environment. There is a coffee shop where I often spend time hanging out in the afternoon. Behind the coffee shop, there is a grass field and usually I often spend my time hunting for macro photos there. So coincidentally, a few days ago, I found a potter wasp (Euodynerus dantici sp.) perched on the grass.

I noticed that the wasp was nibbling a blade of grass with its jaws—a habit often carried out by leafcutter bees.

I have no idea whether this is a kind of wasp that lives in colonies. It is probable that this species tends to live a solitary life. But this is still my assumption that might be corrected.
