Epeus flavobilineatus | Yellow-lined Epeus
I almost missed this jumper because it camouflages so perfectly. With a translucent green body, it seems to be one with the leaves. Maybe it can trick the enemy or prey, but not me. For me, it has a weakness: its eyes often change color. Like a mirror, those eyes often change color according to the reflection they see. Black, jade green, moss green, and sometimes solar yellow. That's what provoked me to identify it more closely. Epeus flavobilineatus, commonly called the yellow-lined Epeus, is a jumping spider belonging to the Salticidae family. This appears to be a juvenile jumper; it can be identified based on its unlined abdomen. And one more thing: it is not as aggressive as an adult jumper.
