Karma is as Old as Man!
Hi my people, I hope we are doing well. I have come to share my entry about the week's prompt on Karma. So, I will start by saying Karma is real. It simply implies that what will do to others will surely come back to us; like having a taste of our own medicine. In fact, I will even say karma is as old as human. Though many believed this saying from the beginning, I didn't believe until it happened to me. You know, the most interesting about Karma is that most don't know is that it could be both positive and negative. It is just that people mostly lay emphasis on it during bad occurrences, probably because an ugly incident sticks more to the memory and we always look forward to equalising it and telling the person, "You See, it's Karma!"
There was a younger lady in my fellowship who was very brilliant but came from a humble background. So, I picked interest in her and used to give her whatever I could afford. Suddenly, I noticed her countenance fell one day and engaged her in conversation. I just saw how much she needed help for her admission fee. So, I informed my parents about her, and they helped her with her tuition fee. Afterwards, she left for school and I went for my one year youth service. So, life happened and we lost contact. Years pass, I got married and relocated, but my father used to visit me once in awhile in the city. During, one of my daddy's visits, the unexpected happened. He had an attack and slummed. It was terrible. We rushed him to the hospital and they rejected him, claiming there was no space not until another started shouting, Daddy, daddy!! Bring him here and saved his life. The Samaritan nurse later became the lady my father helped with tuition fee years back.
What gladdened my heart so much was the fact that my father reaped what he sowed. Karma is real. If he had done wrong, he would have otherwise read it as well. Thanks for reading.

The world is not so big after all, we all must learn to do good and be kind to people for we don't know where we will meet tomorrow.
It shows that Karma is not just for those who do bad. And why we should always do good. It's nice that she remembered what your father did for her and helped him. And your father goodness was what helped him.
Wow, Indeed what ever you do comes back to you
