If it's Turing complete you can.... should you though....
Well, a friend and I used to do emulator in emulator in emulator challenges just for laughs. Absolutely zero performance in the innermost emulator, but you could do it.

Yeah, it's possible but there's no practical use-case I imagine for it. It's still a showcase of development power. For bragging rights. I guess?
