Card en Ciel

Card en Ciel is a Deck Builder RPG with roguelike elements with strategic combat inspired by MegaMan Battle Network. The game uses cards for attacks and movement. It features characters from multiple works of Inti Creates as obtainable cards! The game also includes Muses, cards with powerful passive abilities, that change how the battles are fought.

Muses remind me of Gunvolt, another game by Inti Creates. That platformer features Muses, singing girls that give you power-ups while you listen to their songs. I think this idea is cool!

Card en Ciel follows the 'Gaming Chair Detective' Neon, who encounters the girl Ciel in a Full-dive virtual world. They journey together to various game worlds to find and defeat MODs that cause these worlds to glitch out.

This is the second part of my playthrough for the Demo! I played Card en Ciel's demo during the previous Steam Next Fest, and it's a beefy Demo for a game like this. There are 100 cards, and 3 full dungeons, (though one of them is the tutorial,) and I enjoyed the gameplay immensely!! I'm definitely keeping this game on my wishlist!
