The Importance of Early Childhood Education

For many days a question has been on my mind related to education. It's very important how to build confidence in children, how to teach them that if they have the competence, they can do anything—bold claims, lofty ambitions, intact people—all of it. They can only do it on the basis of confidence.

As you know, when students are confident, they believe in their abilities, participate actively in class activities, which not only improves their academic performance but also makes them stand out as shining stars in the classroom.

A belt-bulld confidence student can generate a proposal of encouragement for their class. What happens is that when a student stands up in front of your class and, without anyone interrupting or questioning anything in the presentation, is speaking, the other students in the class see it and… Even a little bit of confidence is worth something. If he can do it, why can't we?

When this starts to enter their minds, they begin celebrating even small achievements—like someone who's never spoken in front of the board or their class, and then sees a classmate speak up and feels that spark inside them to do something. It will ignite a fire in him, and as he keeps pushing forward, sooner or later he'll develop that confidence and self-esteem.

Now the question arises: how do we foster contentment in students? To do this, we must create a safe environment in which students can speak to their teachers or anyone without any hesitation, and in which they also develop the spirit of accepting things as they are. What you need to do is, when they make mistakes, instead of getting upset about them, try to help them learn, because a mistake is the first step to your success—it's where you begin to learn.

When you start learning from your mistakes, you'll also begin to realize your goals. What can you do? When you get there, it will play a very important role in your confidence. You'll develop your skills, participate in class discussions, and become part of the decision-making process. You'll be able to tell what should be done and what shouldn't be done.

Also, if you have a support teacher, their role can be very important in helping you build confidence. Your friends, the people closest to you, recognize you among your peers. If your friends are good, intelligent, and inspire you to do something, then you can definitely achieve something great. They can all do everything you ever dreamed of.

Finally, parents and teachers should also foster in students a passion for self-expression and sharing their ideas, and give them the opportunity to do it all themselves so that in the future they won't lose heart in the world, thinking they couldn't accomplish anything.
