The way in which we feed ourselves has become a major concern, and the recent pandemic somehow aggravated this situation as the crisis caused by the new coronavirus transformed the way people think about food, leading to a diet high in carbohydrates and chemical additives.

This is the reason why environmental companies in the agri-food sector are beginning to make changes to adapt to this reality that seeks to channel society to a healthier diet.
The harm of the products there is labeling which reflects the presence of additives, nutritional value, ingredients with high data of carbohydrates and chemical additives, and if that was not enough in recent years, we find various applications or websites that give us more information about food, an element that allows us to know what are the detriments of certain foods.
These labeling also provide us with specifications of the healthy elements, so that, through technology, consumers can inform us and make the decision of which products are more beneficial to our health.
Technology as a tool to consume healthier products gives us every day data that we can use in our favor, remember that food is directly related to health, therefore, promoting healthy eating aligns us to proactive lifestyles.
