They are mostly hands trying to just survive at best, and ones that are indifferent to their effects at worst...

For the latter, there will always be water, at some cost. For the former, there will be scrambling and wars as people fight for this diminishing resource.

The earth is doing what it does. I agree. But, just as we are hastening change, can't we slow change? We are so clever, but so selfish. Looking for the short term and ignoring the long term. I've been looking at ants lately (don't ask). We need a little more ant in us, a little more social responsibility. To act more for the group than the individual.

I appreciate your visit and your comment very much. I didn't know you protested for water use, but I'm not surprised :) I think your worldview comes through even in an opaque online community🌷
