Slice de Track Brewing Co. para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

Esta semana para el #beersaturday os traigo un curioso homenaje de la cervecera de Manchester a su maestro pizzero en forma de cerveza. Dentro de su fábrica / bar a las afueras de Manchester, además de excelente cerveza, se puede comer fenomenal. En mi última visita había un puesto de cocina griega, pero va cambiando el estilo cada mes. Esta práctica es cada vez más habitual en las fábricas, lo cual se hace como un reclamo más para los clientes. A mí personalmente el concepto me encanta.
Pues lo dicho, esta cerveza es un homenaje a su cocinero de Pizzas, Mike de Slice Culture

Lúpulo: Citra, Comet, Chinook y Centennial

Cuántas mas C aparezcan en la primera letra del nombre de los lúpulos mejor. O al menos eso dicen los americanos sobre el lúpulo, y de eso entienden bastante. Pues aquí tenemos una cuádruple C.
El citra aportan notas de limón, pomelo y naranja sanguina sobresale por encima del resto. Los otros tres aportan equilibrio y un final resinoso y amargo exquisito.
Una DIPA espectacular.

Curious tribute from the Manchester brewery to its master pizza maker in the form of a beer. Inside their factory/bar on the outskirts of Manchester, in addition to excellent beer, you can eat phenomenal. On my last visit there was a Greek cuisine stall, but the style changes every month. This practice is increasingly common in factories, which is done as another claim for customers. I personally love the concept.

The more C's that appear in the first letter of the hop name, the better. Or at least that's what Americans say about hops, and they understand a lot about it. Well here we have a quadruple C.
The citra provides notes of lemon, grapefruit and blood orange that stand out above the rest. The other three provide balance and an exquisite resinous and bitter finish.
A spectacular DIPA.
