Garden Update: Lady's Finger Cultivation and Yield Status

Ladies finger is currently a seasonal vegetable. Although it is sometimes cultivated throughout the year, in our region it is only produced in summer. However, many people cultivate it throughout the year in highlands, especially at home. However, they are hybrid varieties. However, it is a common vegetable during the growing season. We cultivated ladies finger in a small area of our land. My father and I sowed ladies finger seeds in a small area of our land. After a few days, the plants started growing and the plants started yielding.

Here you can see the ladies fingers of our small crop field. Each of these trees has yielded a good harvest. But the sad thing is that the trees have grown only a little this year as they grew in other years. For example, last year some ladies fingers trees grew to six to seven feet. But this year so far the trees are two to three feet. However, due to the lack of rain here for a long time, the trees have become quite stunted. The trees have not grown as they should have. Although my father has worked hard for the trees. But now it is good to see the harvest.

Although I went to see the cultivation situation in our crop land in the afternoon. When I went there, I saw that the trees had grown a little. But the scenes seen in the trees were not the scenes seen in the afternoon. Because the beautiful flowers that bloom in the shape of a microphone in the trees do not bloom in the afternoon but in the morning very beautifully. But as the day progresses, the flowers gradually fade away, especially in the afternoon. However, what I liked most was that although the trees are small, the trees are bearing quite good fruits. Although they have been cultivated in a small area, they meet our family needs from them and sometimes my father sells them in the market. Anyway, there is a different satisfaction in eating crops or vegetables produced from our own land. Even so far, we have cooked them a few times and eaten them from our land this year. So I have a different love for them.

Very cool, I have never heard of them, they remind me of okra before they open up. What do they taste like and how do you prepare them?
