Ronin Wallet Playing Trick on Various OS's

avatar

Hi, guys and girls!

So...I'm developing some new gray hair because of the last few days.
What happened?

Well...remember I am playing Pixels game from Terra Villa?
I've easily managed to transfer the $pixels from my Ronin wallet a month ago.

And this week I've thought to try again. Simple, right? No!
I got them out from Pixels into my Ronin wallet, but the Chrome extension wouldn't want to show them in Funds, Assets for transfer. Only at SWAP. which would take around 1 RON - 4 usd to swap them into $RON. I tried swapping them into USDC, which had way lower fees on Ronin wallet, but it didn't work. Contacted customer service a few times and they were of no help.
They even asked me to record my screen....and, btw, the only screen recorder to actually record your extension while recording the screen is a Google add-on. It took me ages to find it.

So...they were not here

or here

That was on Chrome.

But here is what happened when I installed the Ronin Wallet on Firefox:

....a total hide-n-Seek: the transaction to deposit them on my Binance didn't work. I tried other assets such as an amount of $RON, the result was the same.

On Microsoft Edge the result was similar to the Chrome one.

So how I did finally do it?

Don't ask me...by magic, the Chrome, that initially, didn't wanted to minimize the extension or to scroll down into those funds, wanted to scroll down. After 5 days of trying over and over and writing to customer support.

What can I say?

If this is happening to you just send them your wallet number and a short movie while you record your screen. It seems this has put them to work and solve this today.

Thanks for reading and I hope this is going to be useful to somebody at some point.

With respect,
Zpek

PS: Their mobile app doesn't even open after installing it.
