Facing The Mess Of Change In Technology

Introduction

For almost a week now, the internet has become a boring place for me due to my less activity on hive. This reduction in activity wasn't really a decision of my own, but the course of technological mess has really hit me so hard this period.

Neglecting the fact that exams are currently on going, I have really missed writing of contents. Sometimes, I feel that I am actually missing something, but I don't know where to trace it from, but something inside me keeps telling me that I have missed blogging a lot.

Could it be an addiction ?, Not sure.

Before going any further, I should narrate the main tips that lead to this write up.

So recently, I swapped my phone with my mom's. She literally wanted to have something with great camera quality of course. I really thought I had gotten something better neglecting what camera quality I might be receiving.

Unfortunately, I failed to make complete transfers of personal important details like passwords and others. Though the mistake really affected me, but getting to find out that my suppose new phone can't use the hive keychain and login to other hive interface left me in big disbelief.

I couldn't believe, as I had to reinstall the keychain and keep trying the links to other interface, but my effort didn't yield any result.

I know you must be wondering why I didn't report the issue to the right authority, but guess what, I literally got an access to my old phone where I discovered that this things still works. So, officially, the new phone can't access most hive related matters.

This has literally affected me in some ways, because I didn't work with both device before finalizing the swap deal.

In the general aspect of technology, humans have been able to live with new or advance tech, by working with both old and new devices. It's more like keeping old plans, incase the new ones doesn't work out.

Ideally, when there is a declaration that something shouldn't be used again, it literally means that a better version has been discovered. But declaring old stuffs invalid when new ones ain't working perfectly is literally crazy.

During this past few days, i have been thinking more like a philosopher, trying to know why humans keep holding onto old stuffs when new ones are available.

I guess we are just being cautious of the possibility that we might encounter a problem while using new stuffs, so literally, we don't have complete trust on every new technology.

If I am to conclude this post, I would advice that we keep our old technologies save while using the new ones, so we don't face technological mess in the future.

I guess I have being able to express myself and pour out my stressful technological mess.

Please I will appreciate your comment
