As humans, there are various factors that actually cause what we regard as hunger, which is termed a natural phenomenon. It didn't just come that way; rather, it came as a result of some reacting factors that take place in our body system that led to the yawning of food.

Hence, as our systems and bodies are different, so is the intensity of hunger everyone has. The extent of hunger in me can actually be different from the next, it all depends on how you condition your body, hence why do some people experience it in a higher intensity way while others do not?.

Hence, growling with an empty stomach can be one of the signs and symptoms attached to hunger, as can fatigue, weakness, lightheadedness, and headaches, which are the reasons why men feel hungry, which always manifest when the body is lacking the necessary energy to retain its balance in retaining the energy level that retains its regularity in performing its work within the body system.

In as much as there is hunger that man tends to encounter, the experience tends to be quite different from the other just because of some biological and environmental influence, which influence our well-being as humans; hence, these factors are termed to be under the influence of complex hormones such as insulin, ghrelin, cortisol and leptin, which are hormones responsible for the appetite as well as the energy regulations.

The insufficient and lack of nutrients in the body causes an imbalance in nutrition, which causes a physiological response that stimulates and also reacts alongside our body system to manifest. Also, the decrease in energy level goes a long way in impairing our immune system function, which causes hormonal imbalance, which is considered outrageous when its complications are not properly managed and lead to some outrageous sickness.

So the big question is, have you ever felt hungry after eating before? This is not actually normal but has a reason behind the cause of this. In this case, feeling the impact hunger tends to create is regarded as postprandial hunger, which also comes as a result of some factors such as eating foods that contain only carbohydrates and no fiber, as well as foods that lack protein, which trigger the blood sugar to drop below its level. At the same time, overeating expands the stomach, which tends to cause hunger when enough food is not taken as usual.

This term, hunger can actually be handled and controlled just by eating a right and balanced meal that tends to balance up protein, healthy fat, fiber, and complex carbohydrates, which helps to level up the sugar level in as much as it is necessary to retain our safety over building our system. And staying hydrated is another way to stay away from this natural occurrence, which tends to help in balancing the body system and retaining the body temperature, which as well aids in maintaining the overall cellular functions.

I think having adequate sleep is one of the factors that people deny themselves, forgetting that a lack of this practice can lead to irregular function of the hormones responsible for hunger. It is always advisable to have sleep that ranges from seven to nine hours daily. This is to keep the body in a regular form as well as to manage stress along with it, which is termed to trigger hunger.

Conclusion
I think based on the above mentioned cause of this natural phenomenon we experience, hunger has its cause and diverse means to control it, which is term to be unavoidable, of which some recognize factors are term to be the cause of this which keep the body unbalanced when the needful is not done by taking the right food that is enriches with nutrition. Hence taking and doing the needful as mentioned on this caption is a curing measure to minimize and control the extent of hunger and its effects on our body.
